Introducing Meadow Grange, our latest development in the heart of North Norfolk. Set in the picturesque village of Baconsthorpe, just outside the Georgian market town of Holt, you'll find Pitt Farm barns dating back to the 17th century. These traditional flint and red brick buildings have planning granted to create five separate unique and lovingly restored dwellings.

As with all of our projects we will be meticulously restoring the distinctive character of each of the barns paying special attention to the original features which make them so special.  The project includes one four/five bedroom, two storey barn; one four-bedroom two storey barn; one three-bedroom, two storey barn; one three-bedroom single storey barn and one two-bedroom single storey barn. Each will be finished to the highest of standards with high specification fixtures and fittings, open-plan living areas and landscaped gardens. We are currently developing phase 1 of the project featuring the single storey three and two-bedroom properties due for completetion early Summer 2025. Phase 2 will complete at the end of 2025.
