When we did our first viewing of what was to become our home, our first impression was the attention to detail that B Beales Developers had put into the design and finish of the house.

The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard with paint and flooring sympathetically coordinated throughout. The future proofing of the the electrical system and security had been well thought through, as well as providing an up to date heating system.

The quality of build in our opinion is at a standard far above our past experiences of new build properties we have previously owned.
